Data Scientist II @Microsoft
I am a dedicated Data Scientist with expertise in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning, developing innovative, production-ready solutions. Currently, I contribute to Microsoft's IDNA team in Ireland, leveraging advanced Data Science techniques to safeguard Microsoft accounts against fraud and abuse.
I hold a second Master’s degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, which I completed with Distinction. Alongside my studies, I served as a part-time instructor for Python, Java, and Machine Learning at Code First Girls, empowering others through education and mentorship.
Previously, I worked as a Senior AI Engineer at Accenture, where I was a member of AI Labs, focusing on solving complex Computer Vision challenges. I played a key role in the algorithm development team under Watch Tower, an AI Accelerator, specializing in KPI and entity monitoring with real-time anomaly detection.
During my tenure at Accenture (Bi2i), I had the privilege to mentor over 200 analytics professionals in Python and provided guidance to more than 30 team members in Computer Vision. Sharing knowledge and supporting professional growth have been deeply rewarding aspects of my journey.
Education:
I am proud to have gained recognition on Stack Overflow with over 2000 reputations and expertise in top tags such as Python, OpenCV, Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. On HackerRank, I achieved the world rank #1 in Python by completing all 115 challenges. Additionally, I actively contribute to open-source projects on GitHub and Kaggle Datasets, leveraging the power of collaboration to drive innovation and knowledge sharing.
